Who We Are
The online store at detoxyourdome.com is operated by Detox Your Dome LLC. Products are sold by its affiliate, Dome Goods LLC, which also operates Dome Market at 37 State Street, Newburyport, MA. In this Privacy Policy, "we," "us," and "our" refer to both companies.
This Privacy Policy applies to the online store, purchases made at Dome Market, and our loyalty program, together referred to as the "Services." It does not apply to the Detox Your Dome mobile app, which has its own privacy policy.

If this Privacy Policy conflicts with our Terms of Service, this Privacy Policy controls with respect to the collection, processing, and disclosure of your personal information.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy and understand how we collect, use, and disclose your information as described here.

Personal Information Sources
We may collect personal information from the following sources:
- Directly from you, including when you create an account, make a purchase online or in store, join our loyalty program, or communicate with us.
- Automatically through the Services, including from your device through cookies and similar technologies.
- From our service providers, when they collect or process personal information on our behalf.

How We Use Your Personal Information
Depending on how you interact with us, we may use personal information for the following purposes:
- Provide, tailor, and improve the Services. This includes processing payments and orders; arranging shipping; handling returns and exchanges; managing your account and loyalty membership; sending account and order notifications; remembering your preferences; enabling reviews; and recommending products related to your purchases.
- Marketing and advertising. This includes sending marketing and promotional communications by email, text message, or postal mail, and showing you online advertisements on the Services or other websites, including ads based on items you have purchased or added to your cart.
- Security and fraud prevention. This includes authenticating your account, providing a secure payment experience, detecting and acting on possibly fraudulent, illegal, unsafe, or malicious activity, protecting public safety, and securing the Services. If you register an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe, and we strongly recommend you not share them with anyone.
- Communicating with you. This includes providing customer support and maintaining our relationship with you.
- Legal reasons. This includes complying with applicable law or valid legal process, such as requests from law enforcement or government agencies; participating in civil discovery, litigation, or other legal proceedings; and enforcing or investigating potential violations of our terms or policies.
How We Disclose Personal Information
We may disclose personal information to third parties for legitimate purposes in the following circumstances:
- Service providers. We share information with Shopify, vendors, and other third parties who perform services for us, such as IT management, payment processing, data analytics, customer support, cloud storage, fulfillment, and shipping.
- Brand partners. Some products ship directly from the brands that make them. When you order one of those products, we share the information needed to fulfill it, such as your name, shipping address, and order details, with that brand partner.
- Business and marketing partners. For example, we use Shopify to support personalized advertising with third-party services based on your online activity with different merchants and websites. These partners use your information according to their own privacy notices. Depending on where you live, you may have a right to tell us not to share information about you for targeted advertising. You can opt out of those uses [here].
- At your direction or with your consent, such as when we ship products to you or when you use social media widgets or login integrations.
- Within our corporate group. Detox Your Dome LLC and Dome Goods LLC are affiliated companies and share information with each other to operate the Services.
- Business transactions and legal obligations. We may disclose information in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or bankruptcy; to comply with legal obligations, including subpoenas, search warrants, and similar requests; to enforce our terms or policies; and to protect the Services, our rights, and the rights of our customers and others.
Relationship with Shopify
The online store is hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your use of the Services in order to provide and improve them. Information you submit through the Services is transmitted to and shared with Shopify and with third parties that may be located in countries other than where you live.
We also use certain Shopify enhanced features that draw on your interactions with our store, with other merchants, and with Shopify. Shopify is responsible for processing your personal information for these features, including responding to requests to exercise your rights over that use. To learn more, see the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy. Depending on where you live, you may be able to exercise rights over your personal information through the Shopify Privacy Portal.
Third-Party Websites and Links
The Services may link to websites or platforms operated by third parties. If you follow those links, please review the third parties' own privacy and security policies and terms. We are not responsible for the privacy or security of those sites, or for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of their content. Information you share in public or semi-public places, including third-party social networks, may be viewable by other users without limits on how they use it. Unless we say otherwise on the Services, a link does not mean we endorse that site's content or its owners or operators.
Children's Data
The Services are not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of majority in their jurisdiction. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us personal information, contact us using the details below to request its deletion. As of the effective date of this Privacy Policy, we have no actual knowledge that we "share" or "sell" (as those terms are defined in applicable law) the personal information of anyone under 16.
Security and Retention
No security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee perfect security. Information you send to us may not be secure in transit, so we recommend not using unsecured channels to send us sensitive or confidential information.
How long we keep personal information depends on factors such as whether we need it to maintain your account, provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our contracts and policies.
Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the rights below. These rights are not absolute and may apply only in certain circumstances, and in some cases we may decline a request as the law allows.
- Right to access or know. You may request access to the personal information we hold about you.
- Right to delete. You may request that we delete personal information we maintain about you.
- Right to correct. You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
- Right of portability. In certain circumstances and with certain exceptions, you may request a copy of your personal information and ask us to transfer it to a third party.
- Right to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. Depending on where you live, you may have a right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information, or of its processing for "targeted advertising," as those terms are defined in applicable privacy laws. You can opt out [here]. If you visit our website with the Global Privacy Control signal enabled, we will, depending on where you are, treat it as an opt-out request for that browser and device, and for your account if we can link the signal to one. To learn more, visit https://globalprivacycontrol.org/. We do not recognize other "Do Not Track" signals.
- Managing communication preferences. You can opt out of promotional emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails. If you opt out, we may still send non-promotional messages, such as those about your account or orders.
You can exercise these rights where indicated on the Services or by contacting us using the details below. To learn more about how Shopify uses your personal information and your rights over that data, visit https://privacy.shopify.com/en.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. We may need to verify your identity before processing a request, as the law permits or requires. You may designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf. Before accepting a request from an agent, we will require proof that you authorized them, and we may need to verify your identity directly with you. We will respond in a timely manner as required by applicable law.
Complaints
If you have a complaint about how we process your personal information, please contact us using the details below. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to appeal our decision or to file a complaint with your local data protection authority.
International Transfers
We may transfer, store, and process your personal information outside the country where you live. If we transfer personal information out of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we will rely on recognized transfer mechanisms, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent UK contracts, unless the transfer is to a country that has been found to provide an adequate level of protection.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. When we do, we will post the revised policy on this website, update the "Last updated" date, and provide any notice required by law.
